The Cyivugiza Creates Complex is a multifunctional development located in the Cyivugiza neighborhood of Nyamirambo, on the slopes of Mount Kigali in Kigali. Designed to harmonize with the steep terrain, the project comprises a main public building and three private residences. The main building, positioned along the primary access road, rises three stories. Its ground floor accommodates a retail shop, while the middle level hosts a co-working space complemented by a café. The upper floor is dedicated to an open exhibition hall, offering a platform for local artists to share their work with the community. Set on the upper side of the site, the three private residences—also three stories each—are strategically placed for privacy and panoramic views. Each home is carefully designed to establish a strong connection with the surrounding landscape.
