The Cyivugiza Creates complex is a multifunctional development located in the Cyivugiza neighborhood of Nyamirambo, on the slopes of Mount Kigali in Kigali. Designed to integrate with the steep terrain, the complex features a main public building and three private residences.

The main building, situated along the primary access road, is a three-story structure. The ground floor houses a retail shop, while the middle level offers a co-working area with an adjoining café. The upper level serves as an open-space exhibition room, providing a platform for local artists to showcase their work to the community. The three private residences, also three stories high, are positioned on the upper side of the site for enhanced privacy and optimal views, each thoughtfully designed to connect comfortably with the surrounding landscape.
